To Branch Presidents and Secretaries for onward transmission to Members

This is a preliminary announcement:
The proposed Extraordinary General Meeting of The All-India Anglo-Indian Association will be held on Saturday 15 June 2019 at 6 p.m at St. GEORGE’S ANGLO-INDIAN HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, 738 EVR SALAI, SHENOY NAGAR, CHENNAI-600030. OPP. PACHYIAPPAS COLLEGE.

The official Notice and Agenda will be sent in due course.

The EGM will be followed by fellowship and dinner. Members who will be attending are requested to inform their Branch President or Secretary, who in turn should inform the undersigned via an email to office@aiaiassociation.org latest by 01 June 2019 so that the number of heads for dinner can be confirmed with the caterer.

Members are expected to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
